Responsibilities

  • Design and develop technical solutions as part of an agile team.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders on data-driven solutions.
  • Provision data for model development and AI workflows.
  • Refine the product backlog with internal stakeholders and the core development team.
  • Automate and execute unit, integration, and regression testing.
  • Design and develop ingestion, curation, and provisioning solutions for complex enterprise data supporting analytics, reporting, and data science.
  • Support custom applications throughout their lifecycle.
  • Proactively reduce technical debt and champion engineering excellence.

Requirements

  • At least five years of software engineering experience.
  • Generally four to six or more years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and tools, including Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and React.
  • Understanding of AWS architectures, technical standards, and agile data engineering concepts.
  • Experience with API development, LLM invocation and prompt experimentation, agent workflows, search systems, context engineering, or workflow observability is strongly preferred.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills, along with consensus-building, facilitation, consultative, collaboration, prioritization, adaptability, and learning skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
