Base Salary

$200k - $320k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect stateful multi-agent orchestration systems that coordinate specialized agents on complex tasks.
  • Build automated governance, guardrails, and policy engines for autonomous systems.
  • Develop semantic infrastructure using knowledge graphs and vector stores to provide agents with context and memory.
  • Create testing harnesses, formal specifications, and automated metrics for evaluating agentic outputs.
  • Design self-healing loops connecting observability data to automated failure analysis and remediation.
  • Rapidly prototype and deploy agentic tools to production for internal teams and customers.
  • Experiment with models, orchestration techniques, and methods for validating agent behavior.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated software engineering, product-building, research, game engineering, platform/SRE, design, or agent-building experience relevant to the role.
  • A history of shipping products or tools that users rely on, rather than only theorizing or prototyping.
  • Recent hands-on experience building with AI agents and understanding the limitations of agent frameworks.
  • Strong collaborative, cross-disciplinary communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience or interest in agent orchestration, autonomous systems, observability, reliability, automation, simulations, or rigorous product delivery is relevant.
