Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of multi-tenant cloud-native full-stack solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve architectural bottlenecks.
- Lead the team’s transition toward AI-native development and champion AI-driven engineering tools and methodologies.
- Learn new and existing codebases quickly and deliver high-quality software contributions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to translate business priorities into shipped features.
- Represent the team’s technical interests in stakeholder meetings and engineering forums.
- Produce clean, efficient, well-documented software and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers.
- Apply customer empathy to improve procurement and contract solutions for government agencies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing highly scalable cloud-native applications across the frontend and backend.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and S3 is required.
- Proficiency with event-driven architecture and API integration is required.
- Experience building applications on AWS using CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- Experience using Grafana for observability and performance monitoring.
- Experience building AI-driven user experiences, agents, and workflow automation; direct ML experience is not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional communication skills for representing technical vision to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- BA/BS in a computer science-related field or equivalent experience.
