Base Salary
$246k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop extraction scripts, validation frameworks, output schemas, integration connectors, and quality harnesses for production AI solutions.
- Design structured output contracts, validation logic, detection and recovery mechanisms, regression testing, and quality standards for probabilistic AI outputs.
- Integrate AI solutions with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, OneDrive, and enterprise authentication and access-control systems.
- Build multi-step reasoning pipelines and agent workflows using the Model Context Protocol and similar agentic infrastructure.
- Establish engineering standards for packaging, versioning, configuration management, logging, error handling, and scalable internal tooling.
- Analyze construction and real estate project-delivery data and make architectural decisions for reliable, maintainable AI systems.
Requirements
- Strong Python proficiency, including data parsing, file I/O, schema validation, subprocess management, packaging, and test authoring with pytest or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of REST API design and consumption, including OAuth, API keys, token refresh, pagination, and error handling.
- Experience or familiarity with PyMuPDF, python-docx, openpyxl, pandas, and equivalent document-processing tools.
- Experience with Git-based development workflows, branching, versioning, code review, and structured release management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integration surfaces, particularly SharePoint, OneDrive, and Graph API.
- Hands-on experience building code around LLM APIs, including programmatic prompt structuring, token-budget management, model-output parsing and validation, and failure handling.
- Understanding of structured context, schema-constrained outputs, validation pipelines, document chunking, embeddings, retrieval patterns, and RAG tradeoffs.
- Exposure to agentic patterns, multi-step reasoning pipelines, and tool use through MCP or similar protocols.
- Experience building evaluation frameworks, regression suites, benchmark datasets, and scoring logic for systems with probabilistic outputs.
- Experience in construction, commercial real estate, professional services, PropTech, or enterprise software is a plus.
- Ability to make and document technical decisions in an emerging field without established conventions.
