Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and scale conversational AI applications and enterprise LLM systems across proprietary ERP and warehouse data.
- Design and develop secure multi-agent workflows, autonomous agents, human-in-the-loop fallbacks, and real-time supply chain decision systems.
- Build event-driven data streaming pipelines, proactive alerting systems, data integrations, and API-driven dashboards.
- Own and evolve the GenAI data platform, including evaluation, migration, experiment tracking, benchmarking, and continuous model improvement.
- Establish LLMOps, MLOps, coding, observability, and agentic development standards while conducting architectural reviews.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical strategy and architectural guidance.
- Collaborate with supply chain leaders to translate operational challenges into deployed AI automation solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering, data engineering, or ML engineering experience, including architecting and deploying LLMs or AI agents in production.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Expert-level Python and SQL skills and a deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI; vector databases such as Pinecone and Weaviate; and retrieval optimization techniques.
- Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, API design, and observability tools.
- Experience with BI automation, Text-to-SQL workflows, API-generated visualizations or dashboards, ETL/ELT pipelines, and SQL.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture on AWS, with familiarity with GCP or Azure.
- Preferred experience with enterprise supply chain operations, ERP architecture, SAP, Oracle, procurement, or logistics optimization.
- Preferred experience building evaluation frameworks such as Ragas, fine-tuning open-source foundation models, and using Kafka, Spark, or similar streaming technologies.
- Strong ability to influence roadmaps, manage technical debt, communicate AI constraints to business leaders, and collaborate with stakeholders.
