Base Salary
$170k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer deployments from initial discovery through production launch.
- Understand customer workflows, pain points, and business goals and translate them into AI workflows and implementation plans.
- Build and configure voice AI agents, conversation flows, and automation workflows.
- Integrate Retell with customer systems, APIs, and business processes.
- Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, webhooks, telephony, authentication, and production deployments.
- Run customer working sessions, demos, technical discussions, and implementation reviews.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on solution design, evaluations, issue resolution, and product gaps.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and keep deployments moving toward launch.
- Help customers test, iterate, and optimize agents before and after production.
- Identify expansion opportunities and turn deployment learnings into repeatable playbooks and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for direct customer engagement.
- Ability to understand customer businesses and translate needs into practical solutions.
- Hands-on technical problem-solving skills and comfort working with APIs, integrations, and software systems.
- Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, deployment, implementation, customer success engineering, product management, or another customer-facing technical role.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments with changing priorities.
- Strong ownership and follow-through on customer problems.
- Interest in AI, LLMs, and voice technology.
- Willingness to travel when needed for customer launches and onsite engagements.
