Base Salary
$264k - $395k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and business leads to develop and execute technical strategies for the Banking organization.
- Influence leaders across the company to drive consistent, sound, and efficient technical decisions.
- Contribute hands-on to technical designs and code for systems powering Cash App Banking products.
- Drive cross-cutting architectural decisions and infrastructure improvements that improve system robustness and scalability.
- Lead planning, management, and execution of large-scale features while maintaining a high quality bar.
- Coach and mentor engineers to expand their technical breadth, depth, and scope of influence.
- Promote the effective use of AI applications across the engineering team.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading large-scale features, including planning, managing, and executing delivery projects.
- Experience identifying, aligning, and implementing globally optimal solutions in complex systems.
- Ability to design and build creative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong track record of helping other engineers grow.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
