Responsibilities
- Develop robust frontend applications using Vue.js 3.
- Build real-time web applications for audio and SMS communications with patients.
- Build HTTP APIs in JavaScript and TypeScript using Express.js.
- Build and test custom internal TypeScript packages from scratch or migrate them from JavaScript.
- Integrate with third-party services including Twilio, OpenAI, Databricks API, AWS, and GCP.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience building highly available applications in a regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of Vue 3, TypeScript, Node, Mongoose, and Express.
- Experience with monorepos, especially Turborepo.
- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Real-time streaming experience is a plus.
- Healthcare technology or SaaS experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and EHR systems is preferred.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git is preferred.
