Responsibilities
- Design and implement core product experiences that shape how users interact with AI.
- Scope and lead technical projects through completion across the full stack.
- Work directly with customers to understand needs and rapidly iterate on solutions.
- Design and implement systems that handle increasing complexity while remaining simple for users.
- Use Dust for coding, debugging, knowledge search, incident management, and task automation.
Requirements
- Experience building software products and infrastructure, with the ability to work across the full stack.
- Strong expertise in at least one programming language; Rust is welcomed but not required.
- Ability to own features end-to-end, scope and lead technical projects, and make effective technical priorities.
- Ability to collaborate directly with customers and iterate rapidly based on user feedback.
- Interest in product-focused engineering for AI-powered workflows; applicants do not need to match every listed qualification.
