Responsibilities

Design and implement core product experiences that shape how users interact with AI.
Scope and lead technical projects through completion across the full stack.
Work directly with customers to understand needs and rapidly iterate on solutions.
Design and implement systems that handle increasing complexity while remaining simple for users.
Use Dust for coding, debugging, knowledge search, incident management, and task automation.

Experience building software products and infrastructure, with the ability to work across the full stack.
Strong expertise in at least one programming language; Rust is welcomed but not required.
Ability to own features end-to-end, scope and lead technical projects, and make effective technical priorities.
Ability to collaborate directly with customers and iterate rapidly based on user feedback.
Interest in product-focused engineering for AI-powered workflows; applicants do not need to match every listed qualification.

Competitive base salary of €30K–€150K.
Relocation support, including up to €10K stipend, apartment-finding assistance in Paris, and residence/work permit support.
