Join Dust as an experienced frontend engineer building delightful React interfaces for an AI-powered workplace platform. You’ll own frontend projects end to end while contributing to backend APIs, integrations, and infrastructure on a small, high-impact team.

Dust is seeking a Solutions Engineer to demonstrate its AI agent platform, scope customer use cases, and lead technical evaluations from customized demos through pilots. You’ll combine customer education, API and prompt-engineering expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to help companies apply generative AI to their workflows.

Build end-to-end product features and scalable infrastructure for Dust’s AI-agent platform. You’ll work directly with users in a small, high-impact team using a broad modern stack.

As a Post-Sales Solutions Engineer, you’ll help enterprise customers implement Dust, build valuable AI-powered workflows, and maximize long-term adoption. You’ll also shape the foundation of Dust’s global post-sales Solutions Engineering organization while partnering closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
