Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to articulate Dust’s value proposition and set prospects and customers up for success.
Deliver product demonstrations to technical and business stakeholders.
Identify high-value customer use cases aligned with Dust’s capabilities and business needs.
Create and configure custom LLM agents in Dust.
Own technical evaluations from customized demos through pilots, including customer onboarding and pilot completion.
Represent customer feedback to Product and Engineering and influence product strategy.
Develop expertise in Dust’s API capabilities and prompt-engineering best practices.
Educate customers on maximizing generative AI in their workflows.

Meaningful experience combining technical and customer-facing roles.
Proven success helping customers unlock value from sophisticated software products.
Experience conducting technical demonstrations and translating complex concepts for technical and business audiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong technical aptitude, including understanding API concepts and generative AI prompt engineering principles.
Passion for educating customers from varied backgrounds about new technologies.
Ability to explain both the technical and business value of solutions.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Experience with AI/ML technologies, especially generative AI and LLMs, is ideal but not required.
Background in productivity tools, knowledge management, or workflow automation is ideal but not required.
Coding experience for understanding API implementations and creating custom demos is ideal but not required.
