Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to articulate Dust’s value proposition.
- Provide compelling product demonstrations to technical and business stakeholders.
- Help customers identify high-value use cases that align with Dust's capabilities.
- Create and configure custom LLM agents in Dust for practical applications.
- Own the technical evaluation process from customized demos to pilot completion.
- Represent customer feedback to Product & Engineering teams.
- Develop expertise in Dust's API capabilities and prompt engineering best practices.
- Educate customers on maximizing value from generative AI.
Requirements
- Meaningful experience in technical and customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record of helping customers unlock value from software products.
- Experience conducting effective technical demonstrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical aptitude with understanding of API concepts and generative AI.
- Passionate about educating customers on new technologies.
- Ability to articulate both technical and business value of solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
