Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to merchants during ProcessOut implementation and go-live.
- Plan and manage customer implementation projects and integrations.
- Answer integration questions involving configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go-live support.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, escalate, resolve, report, track, and analyze integration incidents.
- Collaborate with account managers, technical support, engineers, and Product/Engineering teams to resolve issues and identify product improvements.
- Advise management on project status, risks, customer satisfaction impacts, and recommended actions.
- Manage multiple customer projects and integrations concurrently.
- Maintain and update merchant-facing implementation documentation.
Requirements
- In-depth technical knowledge of SaaS companies, web services, APIs, web applications, mobile apps, and IT infrastructure.
- Native-level French or English communication skills and strong business acumen.
- Ability to analyze server and application logs and debug errors.
- Strong experience working with REST HTTP APIs.
- Strong project management experience, ideally including customer onboarding.
- Ability to investigate and solve complex technical problems for customers.
- Similar experience in a technology company is preferred.
- Online payments industry knowledge and merchant-facing customer service experience are preferred.
- Advanced data analytics skills and demonstrated analytical work are preferred.
- JavaScript experience for designing and building small application scripts is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand Golang application code is preferred.
