Responsibilities
- Design and architect Idira solutions and planning documentation to meet customer needs.
- Assess customer needs, recommend short- and long-term goals, and manage the customer journey.
- Provide guidance on privileged account security best practices and industry trends.
- Assess near-term needs, establish business priorities, and advise on options, benefits, and business-process impacts.
- Apply knowledge of large-scale IT systems, security regulatory risk management, and security vulnerabilities.
- Establish standard approaches and practices for deploying Idira solutions and securing privileged accounts.
- Serve as a technical expert and knowledgeable resource for internal and external clients.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and coordinate communications among customers, implementation services, sales, product management, and marketing.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations while managing expectations and ensuring customer concerns are addressed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, professional services, or a client-facing technical leadership role.
- CISSP or an equivalent security certification is preferred.
- Cloud certifications such as Azure, AWS, or GCP are preferred.
- Knowledge of privileged account security, enterprise networking, databases, systems administration, and vulnerability management.
- Strong stakeholder management, technical communication, cross-functional leadership, and audience-adapted communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively and methodically, adapt to evolving scopes, and motivate and influence others.
- Full professional proficiency in English is required; a second major European language is advantageous.
- Occasional travel may be required.
