Responsibilities
- Architect future-state solutions and guide enterprise client evaluations and sales cycles.
- Design integrations within complex IT landscapes and address technical, compliance, and security requirements.
- Advise CTOs, C-suite executives, end users, and other stakeholders on SaaS transformation and long-term digital roadmaps.
- Develop expertise in Workday Platform Technology, data and AI architecture, global security, or Workday Extend.
- Represent Workday through public speaking, industry conferences, white papers, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical consulting role.
- Deep mastery of Workday Platform Technology.
- Experience or expertise in enterprise integrations, global security and compliance, data architecture, AI architecture, or application development.
- Ability to communicate with both highly technical and non-technical audiences and partner with C-suite executives.
Benefits
- Base salary range of €53,200–€79,800 EUR annually for the Italy location, with potential eligibility for a bonus plan, role-specific commission or bonus, and annual refresh stock grants.
