Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles in the Revenue Management area, including requirements analysis, solution definition, implementation planning, and progress monitoring.
- Design and assess technical solutions for Oracle BRM, including integrations with external systems.
- Coordinate stakeholders, project teams, IT suppliers, budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and corrective actions.
- Supervise project delivery and ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, IT standards, and quality expectations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reporting for management.
- Validate project release documentation and provide technical and functional support for issue resolution and solution acceptance.
- Ensure functional, technical, and economic consistency throughout project phases.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Oracle BRM in telecommunications or complex digital-services environments.
- Deep expertise in Product Configuration, Pricing and Rating, Billing and Invoicing, Account and Customer Management, BRM Data Model, and external-system integration.
- Experience coordinating teams, managing budgets, and managing IT suppliers.
- Knowledge of billing, collection, commissioning, antifraud, and revenue assurance processes.
- Experience with functional analysis and technical solution design, plus high-level technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of project-management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall; certifications are considered a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English and familiarity with telecommunications and media processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
