Responsibilities
- Lead the lifecycle of projects in the revenue-management area, including requirements analysis, solution definition, planning, implementation monitoring, and reporting.
- Define and assess technical solutions and their resource, timeline, budget, functional, technical, and economic impacts.
- Coordinate and supervise projects, work teams, stakeholders, and IT suppliers while managing risks and corrective actions.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, standards compliance, and timely delivery of project outputs and release documentation.
- Provide technical and functional support for problem identification and the acceptance and validation of proposed solutions.
- Prepare project progress reporting for management and coordinate with business stakeholders on solutions, timelines, and costs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of consolidated Oracle BRM experience in complex telecommunications and digital-services environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Product Configuration, Pricing and Rating, Billing and Invoicing, Account and Customer Management, and the BRM data model.
- Proven experience integrating Oracle BRM with external systems.
- Experience managing budgets, coordinating teams, managing IT suppliers, and working with Billing, Collection, Commissioning, Antifraud, and Revenue Assurance processes.
- Knowledge of functional analysis, technical solution design, and high-level technical concepts.
- Knowledge of Agile and waterfall project-management methodologies; certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English and familiarity with telecommunications and media processes.
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
