Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom automation solutions across the full project lifecycle using Appian’s low-code platform.
- Build data connections and scalable APIs integrating external enterprise systems through REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
- Create relational data models in production and optimize database design through SQL development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features through iterative project work.
- Partner with client technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, drive platform adoption, and train users.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a closely related technical field.
- At least one year of hands-on software development or technical implementation consulting experience.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, database design, and complex SQL queries, joins, and views.
- Ability to analyze client business processes and translate them into functional and technical system requirements.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Preferred familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Elastic Containers.
- Preferred exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, and automated test suites within a continuous integration framework.
- Preferred experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
