Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions.
- Own customer technical relationships and technical narratives from discovery and architecture through pilot results and business cases.
- Lead technical discussions with customers, partners, account executives, and executive stakeholders.
- Design and deploy customer pilots and facilitate evaluations inside customer technology stacks.
- Design enterprise architectures for North deployments.
- Prioritize use cases, define success metrics, and build business cases for AI adoption with customer executives.
- Develop and document processes that help the Solutions Architect and adjacent teams scale effectively.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align Cohere’s offering with customer needs.
- Work with partners to develop strategies for enabling and accelerating their customers.
- Gather structured customer feedback to inform future products.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as consulting data scientist, forward deployed engineer, deployment strategist, or solutions architect, taking AI or data solutions from executive problem framing to production.
- Passion for Agentic AI and practical understanding of where LLMs provide value in production.
- Solid grounding in ML fundamentals, including training, evaluation, and retrieval.
- Ability to design evaluation frameworks for customer pilots.
- Excellent communication skills across executive and technical audiences.
- Ability to create structure and processes in ambiguous environments.
- Comfort working with Python and Assistive Coding tools.
- Professional fluency in English for business and technical communication.
- Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian preferred.
