Responsibilities
- Develop generative AI applications based on large language models, including assistants, copilots, agents, and AI-native applications.
- Design RAG pipelines covering document ingestion, embeddings, vector search, retrieval, ranking, and generation.
- Integrate models through APIs and cloud platforms and create backend APIs, services, and application interfaces.
- Implement testing, evaluation, monitoring, and logging for AI solutions.
- Continuously improve prompts, orchestration chains, and AI components.
- Integrate solutions with client information systems, IAM, APIs, document databases, and business tools.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate building, testing, and refactoring.
- Deliver production-ready GenAI applications for demanding clients while addressing security, confidentiality, quality, transparency, and hallucination risks.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning engineering, and/or GenAI application development.
- Hands-on experience developing a GenAI application used by real users is a differentiator.
- Proficiency in one or more of Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, Mistral, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Familiarity with vector databases and search systems such as Azure AI Search, pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices, Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with or willingness to use Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
- Ability to evaluate LLM response quality and use AI to accelerate development without compromising code quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with demanding clients and contribute to responsible AI delivery.
