Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI-enabled solutions, roadmaps, and adoption plans tied to business outcomes for HR, Finance, and IT leaders.
- Lead functional workstreams involving requirements discovery, process design, configuration guidance, data readiness, and user experience.
- Advise executive sponsors and senior stakeholders on AI use cases, operating models, agent behaviors, and governance.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to provide deployment feedback and influence AI agent and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical and integration teams on data models, security considerations, and third-party integration patterns.
- Use deployment data and customer feedback to improve methodologies, templates, and best practices.
Requirements
- P4 candidates need at least 1 year designing or delivering AI-enabled or analytics-driven enterprise solutions and at least 5 years of enterprise software consulting or functional implementation experience.
- P5 candidates need at least 2 years designing or delivering AI-enabled or analytics-driven enterprise solutions and at least 8 years of enterprise software consulting or functional implementation experience.
- Experience leading complex, multi-country or multi-business-unit projects is required.
- Experience designing solutions and leading discovery and design workshops that translate business requirements into AI-enabled workflows, agent behaviors, and governance models.
- Professional services or consulting experience managing high-stakes client delivery with multidisciplinary teams is required.
- Strong business acumen, communication, decision-making, process improvement, and ability to explain complex AI concepts to nontechnical stakeholders are required.
- Commitment to transparent, fair, secure solutions aligned with Workday’s Ethical AI standards is required.
- Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
Benefits
- Base salary of €66,300–€99,500 EUR is listed for France locations, with potential eligibility for the Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific bonus and annual refresh stock grants.
- Flexible work requires at least 50% of each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, or partners, while remote home-office employees may also attend important office events.
