Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions involving Workday data flows, integrations, Native AI Agents, custom agents, and Sana.
- Advise C-suite and senior technical stakeholders on architecture choices, business value, risks, and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead technical delivery across configuration, integrations, data preparation, privacy and security controls, and model-related tuning.
- Design and validate integrations between Workday AI, third-party systems, and external LLMs.
- Share customer deployment feedback with Product and Engineering teams to improve the Agent Platform, AI tooling, and Sana integrations.
Requirements
- Senior path requires 5+ years of enterprise software implementation, technical architecture, and technical consulting experience, including complex multi-system initiatives, plus 1+ year of hands-on enterprise AI/ML or intelligent automation deployment experience.
- Principal path requires 8+ years of enterprise software implementation, technical architecture, and technical consulting experience, including complex multi-system initiatives, plus 2+ years of hands-on enterprise AI/ML or intelligent automation deployment experience.
- Strong technical architecture experience designing data flows, integration patterns, and security models across SaaS ecosystems and external services.
- Deep familiarity with the Workday HCM and/or Financials ecosystem, or equivalent experience with similar enterprise platforms.
- Practical experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, and orchestration layers in enterprise contexts.
- Professional services or consulting experience leading high-stakes customer programs and collaborating with engagement managers, functional consultants, and customer IT teams.
- Strong communication, decision-making, work management, process improvement, and technical risk-management skills.
- Commitment to transparent, fair, secure, compliant AI solutions aligned with data privacy requirements and Workday’s Ethical AI principles.
Benefits
- EU locations include a stated France base salary range of €66,300 EUR to €99,500 EUR, with possible bonus or commission and annual refresh stock grants.
