Responsibilities
- Design, ship, and maintain AI agents and automation workflows to reduce manual support load.
- Identify and engineer out entire categories of issues through better documentation and product feedback.
- Build and maintain tooling that increases team capacity without increasing headcount.
- Contribute to the evolving 'Support as a Product' backlog, owning tasks like a product engineer.
- Investigate issues across logs and code to identify root causes and provide clear answers.
- Handle complex, escalated cases with precise communication.
- Analyze agent-generated responses for inconsistencies and iterate on prompts and documentation.
Requirements
- Power user of AI coding tools and platforms, with experience in building workflows and automations.
- Comfortable reading code and analyzing logs to form hypotheses.
- Proven track record of reducing repetitive work through systematic improvements.
- Excellent written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies with analytical precision.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on driving improvements across teams.
- High ownership and autonomy in problem-solving and outcome delivery.
- Curiosity and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and first-of-a-kind problems.
