Responsibilities
- Design, ship, and maintain AI agents and automation workflows for ticket classification, acknowledgment automation, response drafting, incident detection, and proactive user outreach.
- Identify and eliminate categories of support issues through documentation, agent prompts, upstream product feedback, and other systematic improvements.
- Build and maintain MCP integrations, Dust agents, and internal scripts to increase support-team capacity.
- Own work in the Support as a Product backlog with shipped, doing, and todo statuses.
- Investigate issues across logs, code, and internal tooling to identify root causes and provide clear answers.
- Handle complex escalated cases with precise and accessible communication.
- Analyze agent-generated responses and iterate on prompts, documentation, and tooling to minimize human intervention.
- Coordinate follow-up across engineering, product, and documentation when agents lack or provide incorrect information.
Requirements
- Power-user experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor and agent platforms such as Dust.
- Experience building AI workflows, automations, or tooling and understanding tradeoffs in agentic systems.
- Ability to read code, analyze logs, navigate a codebase, and form debugging hypotheses; full engineering expertise is not required.
- Excellent written communication for technical and non-technical audiences; French and English fluency are required for Paris-based roles.
- Ability to identify patterns, edge cases, and inconsistencies with analytical precision.
- Collaborative persistence, high ownership, autonomy, curiosity, and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
