Responsibilities
- Develop generative AI applications based on large language models.
- Design RAG pipelines covering document ingestion, embeddings, vector search, retrieval, ranking, and generation.
- Integrate models through APIs and cloud platforms, and build backend APIs, services, and application interfaces.
- Implement testing, evaluations, monitoring, and logging for AI solutions.
- Continuously improve prompts, orchestration chains, and AI components.
- Integrate solutions with client information systems, identity and access management, APIs, document databases, and business tools.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate building, testing, and refactoring.
- Support the delivery of secure, confidential, responsible, and industrializable AI solutions for demanding clients.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning engineering, and/or GenAI application development.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, Mistral, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Familiarity with vector databases and search technologies such as Azure AI Search, pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch.
- Knowledge of Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI development practices and tooling.
- Familiarity with or interest in Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
- Experience building a GenAI application used by real users is a differentiator.
- Ability to evaluate LLM response quality and address security, confidentiality, and hallucination concerns.
- Strong engineering rigor, delivery focus, teamwork, and ability to work with demanding clients.
