Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and education for new enterprise customers.
- Design and run live, hands-on workshops for product fluency.
- Run focused advisory sprints for architecture or evaluation challenges.
- Build internal agents and tools to streamline Enablement team operations.
- Create enablement assets like tutorials and best-practice guides.
- Act as the voice of the new customer within LangChain.
- Stay current on agent engineering practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years building LLM/agent applications with real agent architectures.
- Strong Python skills for live coding and debugging.
- 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
- Genuine enjoyment of teaching and capability to simplify complex concepts.
- Comfortable operating independently and managing multiple engagements.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer engagements.
