Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert on systems integrations for major sales opportunities
- Prepare and deliver proposals, product demonstrations, RFP responses, and custom proof-of-concept evaluations
- Lead technical deep-dive discussions, architect integrations, and advise customers on best practices
- Support sales teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration design options
- Coordinate with R&D, technical integrations, and partner integrations teams on product capabilities and future direction
- Use knowledge of the privacy industry, regulatory environment, competitive landscape, and customer needs to support sales and technical engagements
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in the technology industry or an enterprise cloud-based software company
- Expertise selling, configuring, and delivering software demonstrations
- Expertise implementing software products or solutions for enterprise companies
- Ability to build relationships across R&D, marketing, sales, and engineering stakeholders
- Strong entrepreneurial skills for working in a complex and rapidly evolving environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–20%
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, FreeMarker, HTML, and CSS is preferred
- PowerShell, ASP.NET, and C# experience is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of web applications, SaaS architecture, cloud computing, and programming is preferred
