Responsibilities
- Architect scalable machine learning and generative AI systems integrated with existing data platforms and infrastructure.
- Build standardized frameworks for launching AI models with an emphasis on automation, operational efficiency, and reliability.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for machine learning models and scalable AI applications.
- Work with large-scale, multimodal datasets including banking transactions, conversation histories, and large document collections.
- Collaborate with AI developers and stakeholders to drive product adoption and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience delivering major data science projects in large, complex organizations.
- Strong technical skills in machine learning, data engineering, MLOps, cloud solution architecture, and software development practices.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and/or Scala; cloud architecture experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with cloud solution architecture and Azure is an asset.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent experience is an asset.
- A master’s degree in data science, artificial intelligence, computer science, or equivalent experience is an asset.
