Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize MLOps practices for Autodesk’s AI/ML platform.
- Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines for machine learning models from development through production.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure for model training, inference, and data processing.
- Build and maintain monitoring and logging systems for model performance, system health, and platform efficiency.
- Support data pipelines, model version control, model governance, security, data privacy, and compliance practices.
- Identify process automation and optimization opportunities across the MLOps lifecycle.
- Help identify and resolve operational issues, including incident response and system recovery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least two years of hands-on DevOps and MLOps experience deploying and managing machine learning models in production.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for orchestrating and scaling machine learning workloads.
- Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for machine learning projects.
- Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar monitoring and logging tools.
- Understanding of MLOps security practices, data encryption, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Ability to collaborate with data developers, software developers, researchers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Preferred experience includes AWS or Azure, SQL or NoSQL databases or data lakes, TensorFlow or PyTorch, Git, and Jira.
Benefits

- Canada-based starting base salary range of $99,000 to $145,200, with offers based on experience and geographic location.
- Compensation may include annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
