Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain STACKIT storage products, including object storage, throughout their full lifecycle.
- Build highly automated self-service cloud solutions using Go, REST APIs, and Kubernetes.
- Contribute to software architecture and deliver stable, reliable, long-term solutions.
- Coordinate integration with STACKIT services such as the STACKIT portal, Terraform provider, and central IAM.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for customer-facing products and continuously improve software quality.
- Collaborate with internal service teams and developers in international agile teams.
Requirements
- Extensive software development experience with Go and/or Python.
- Knowledge of cloud environments and cloud architectures.
- Skills with REST and gRPC interface and communication technologies.
- Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL and Kubernetes.
- Confidence with professional software development practices, including development standards and build and release management.
- Strong interest in IT infrastructure and storage services in highly automated environments.
- Excellent English communication skills; German is optional.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and share knowledge with teammates.
