Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure services for the Secrets Hub platform.
- Lead complex technical initiatives, architectural decisions, and system design within the team.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient Python code for AWS serverless architectures.
- Collaborate with product, UX, security, and global engineering teams to define and deliver robust features.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and a culture of technical excellence within a new team.
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience focused on backend or full-stack development.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and related enterprise frameworks.
- Have extensive experience designing, building, and deploying applications on AWS, including services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- Understand SaaS product architecture, microservices, and secure API design.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex distributed systems.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Preferred qualifications include Azure and GCP experience, HashiCorp Vault, cybersecurity or identity management, Terraform or AWS CloudFormation, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native observability tools.
