Base Salary
$202k - $278k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build robust, well-designed software that solves complex problems.
- Test, review, and deploy code quickly, managing major releases with feature flags.
- Research and share new techniques for solving engineering problems.
- Write tools and develop practices to enhance engineering productivity.
- Own projects from end-to-end, including system performance measurement and UI component design.
- Analyze and design solutions to business problems collaboratively.
- Mentor senior engineers and shape the technical culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience in mission-critical software.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including algorithmic complexity.
- Good knowledge of design and architecture concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile software development processes and testing.
- Experience in shipping high-quality solutions with urgency.
- Track record of technical leadership across teams.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity.
