Responsibilities
- Contribute to product direction, technical architecture, and roadmap planning.
- Scope, build, and launch end-to-end product features that solve customer problems.
- Work on customer-facing channels, core data models, and customer requests across product teams.
- Build developer infrastructure and tools that improve engineering productivity and production operations.
- Shape backend architecture, data models, and high-performance reporting systems.
- Improve developer experience through data pipelines and APIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience working for product-led companies, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with distributed, serverless systems and high-quality, high-performance web applications.
- Ability to contribute to both architectural discussions and customer conversations.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and balance short-term delivery with long-term infrastructure investment.
- Comfort with ambiguity, early-stage environments, ideation, and iterative product development.
- Ability to learn new technologies and paradigms quickly and independently.
- Must be seeking an individual contributor role rather than people management.
