Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support healthcare payer applications on the TriZetto Facets platform.
- Develop and maintain .NET applications, APIs, interfaces, web services, batch processes, and system integrations.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure and support Facets customizations, workflows, and upstream and downstream integrations.
- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, data extracts, and validation scripts.
- Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, DBAs, architects, and client stakeholders throughout development, testing, deployment, and release cycles.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, production support, upgrades, optimization, and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the TriZetto Facets platform.
- Strong experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and related frameworks.
- Extensive Microsoft SQL Server experience, including T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience developing healthcare payer solutions and Facets integrations.
- Knowledge of EDI transactions and healthcare data exchange processes.
- Understanding of Facets Claims, Membership, Enrollment, Benefits, and Provider modules.
- Experience with batch processing, job scheduling, application monitoring, and production support.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Facets data model architecture, database structures, implementation, migration, or modernization projects.
- Preferred knowledge of Azure cloud services, cloud-based application architectures, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, DevOps tools, healthcare payer operations, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Preferred familiarity with API development, microservices architecture, integration frameworks, and enterprise-scale healthcare technology environments.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives is preferred.
