Responsibilities
- Own AI products and services through discovery, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Build production-ready AI applications using LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, automation platforms, and cloud technologies.
- Prototype solutions with users and evolve successful experiments into scalable and maintainable products.
- Partner with Creative, Production, and Engineering teams to translate workflows into practical AI solutions.
- Drive technical decisions, contribute to architecture standards, and participate in design reviews.
- Apply best practices for testing, versioning, permissions, monitoring, reliability, observability, security, and maintainability.
- Share knowledge and help improve the team’s engineering standards and technical practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems.
- Strong hands-on engineering experience shipping products end to end.
- Experience building AI-powered applications with LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud services, and modern development practices.
- Ability to work through ambiguity while maintaining a high engineering standard.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Pragmatic focus on solving user problems and delivering business impact.
- Experience with internal platforms or developer tools is preferred.
- Experience with multimodal AI, computer vision, or generative media technologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with MLOps, evaluation pipelines, and AI observability is preferred.
- Experience supporting creative production, gaming, content pipelines, or digital asset workflows is preferred.
