Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI systems using LangGraph, LangChain, orchestrator/router patterns, tool calling, multi-agent workflows, state, memory, checkpointing, human approval, and structured outputs.
- Develop generative AI and RAG solutions using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, hybrid retrieval, reranking, citations, corrective RAG, and guardrails.
- Develop and apply machine learning models for regression, classification, clustering, anomaly detection, forecasting, feature engineering, tuning, cross-validation, and explainability.
- Build deep learning and NLP solutions involving CNNs, RNNs/LSTMs, Transformers, BERT/RoBERTa, OCR, intent classification, and sentiment classification.
- Implement MLOps and LLMOps processes including experiment tracking, model and prompt registries, evaluation datasets, RAG and agent evaluation, drift monitoring, retraining, canary validation, rollback, and observability.
- Deploy and operate AI solutions using Python, SQL, cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, serverless services, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform automated API, UI, database, and release validation with negative testing, retries, logging, and behavior-driven testing.
