Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions and components across SAP systems and applications.
- Develop and optimize custom code for SAP HANA environments using SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Apply database concepts and performance tuning within SAP systems.
- Integrate SAP ABAP solutions with enterprise applications and services.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, advise multiple teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead software development best-practice efforts to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and guide them through complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Deep knowledge and experience as a software development subject-matter expert.
- Experience developing and optimizing custom code for SAP HANA environments.
- In-depth understanding of database concepts and performance tuning within SAP systems.
- Experience with modern development tools and frameworks and with integrating SAP ABAP solutions with enterprise applications and services.
- Strong influencing, advisory, decision-making, and cross-team collaboration skills.
