Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize applications to address business and application needs.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, high-performing, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the application environment.
- Support Workday Core HCM integration and data migration activities.
- Continuously monitor and improve applications to enhance performance and user satisfaction.
- Participate in team discussions, provide practical solutions, and contribute independently as a subject matter expert.
- Share knowledge and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- Proficiency in Workday Core HCM is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience configuring and customizing enterprise applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration related to Workday Core HCM.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Mandatory certification in the primary skill, Workday Core HCM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver efficient solutions.
