Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable frontend applications and Web Components.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces.
- Design and maintain solutions within a microfrontend architecture.
- Implement scalable state management and asynchronous data-flow patterns using Redux or similar technologies.
- Perform accessibility reviews and remediation using WCAG and WAI-ARIA guidelines.
- Optimize rendering, loading times, Core Web Vitals, and overall frontend performance.
- Create and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests in collaboration with QA engineers.
- Design and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot build and deployment issues.
- Use GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation while reviewing generated output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, participate in design reviews, share knowledge, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience developing modern frontend applications.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with Lit, React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Strong experience building and maintaining Web Components.
- Experience with Redux or similar state management solutions and microfrontend architectures.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Experience implementing WCAG and WAI-ARIA accessibility standards.
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Git-based development workflows, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
