Base Salary
$185k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, test, ship, and maintain solutions to complex problems across the stack.
- Take complete ownership of projects and features, delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple systems and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver a smooth, high-quality customer experience.
- Contribute to engineering processes, standards, and tooling, especially around AI product development.
- Mentor other engineers and help them grow in their role.
Requirements
- Strong technical background with 4 or more years of industry experience building production systems.
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML systems or strong interest in doing so.
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a dynamic, experimental environment.
- User-focused approach with a bias toward iterative shipping and rapid feedback.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with web technologies and system design.
