Base Salary
$195k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve and scale cloud data replication and job lifecycle systems.
- Automate platform operations across OSS, Enterprise, and Cloud.
- Build high-leverage internal tooling for faster connector and CDK changes.
- Develop AI-powered tooling for connector generation and incident response.
- Enhance observability and debugging tools for engineers and customers.
- Collaborate on cross-cutting technical decisions across platform and cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience in backend, platform, or distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in JVM/Kotlin.
- Hands-on experience with large scale distributed systems.
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like Temporal.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm on major cloud providers.
- Systems-level thinking focused on performance, reliability, cost, and scalability.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and owning problems end-to-end.
