Base Salary
$298k - $368k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design VLM/LLM model architecture and ensure alignment with hardware architectures.
- Optimize model performance for memory, power, and compute-constrained environments.
- Collaborate with research, software engineering, hardware engineering, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, focusing on large-scale model development.
- Proven expertise in low-latency on-device inference techniques and hardware acceleration.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
- A track record of operating effectively under ambiguity in rapidly evolving environments.
- Experience applying large language models in safety-critical domains.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
