Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and delivery for an edge software product line from prototype through fielded capability.
- Build and maintain production Go services for disconnected and intermittently connected environments.
- Design Kubernetes-native systems, author Helm charts, and develop custom controllers or operators when appropriate.
- Own the Kubernetes runtime, including K3S on edge hardware, air-gapped image distribution, GPU scheduling, and read-only root filesystems.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines that produce signed, scanned, and reproducible artifacts.
- Integrate with Cursor on Target, TAK, and ISR sensor pipelines.
- Mentor engineers, set technical standards, and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Engage directly with customers to translate operator needs into technical requirements.
- Support proposal and capture work for follow-on scope.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical lead or engineering lead role.
- Production experience using Go as a primary systems language.
- Production experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
- Systems-level Linux experience, including networking, filesystems, and containers.
- Ability to mentor engineers and raise a team’s technical standards.
- Secret clearance is required; applicants may be subject to a security investigation.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
