Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture of the Snowflake Cortex RAG pipeline and align it with Enterprise TPRM Standards.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for client business owners, AI leads, and InfoSec SMEs.
- Lead UAT sessions, triage feedback, and convert findings into prioritized backlog items for the offshore engineering pod.
- Prepare the Model Development Documentation packet and drive AIEC-2 clearance before production deployment.
- Direct daily agile standups and sprint planning for the three-person offshore pod to deliver within the SOW budget.
- Build, deploy, and debug production autonomous multi-agent systems and structured generation pipelines.
Requirements
- Strong production Python expertise with deep experience in Asyncio, FastAPI, design patterns, and distributed systems.
- At least 2 years of direct hands-on experience building, deploying, and debugging autonomous multi-agent systems in production using LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience building structured generation pipelines with Pydantic, Instructor, or native function schemas to connect LLMs with software APIs.
- Hands-on experience with vector and relational databases such as PostgreSQL/pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, or Oracle 23ai.
- Experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and regression evaluations for probabilistic, LLM-driven applications.
