Base Salary
$51k - $82k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, prototype, test, demonstrate, and deploy Salesforce applications across sandbox, test, and production environments.
- Perform Git code merges, resolve conflicts, and manage Salesforce repositories.
- Build custom Salesforce applications using declarative capabilities such as flows and App Builder.
- Design Salesforce solution recommendations and modernization roadmaps using out-of-the-box and customized capabilities.
- Work with delivery managers, solution architects, customers, and development teams to architect Salesforce solutions.
- Perform fit-gap analysis of Salesforce clouds, services, features, AppExchange tools, and platform capabilities against business and technical requirements.
- Document, maintain, and govern Salesforce solutions throughout their lifecycles.
- Design and develop APIs, interfaces, and integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Implement testing and monitor performance, security, and compliance requirements, including Section 508 and FISMA considerations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience.
- At least 1 year of direct experience with the Agile software development lifecycle.
- At least 1 year of experience developing enterprise-level Salesforce projects through implementation lifecycles.
- Experience performing Salesforce Git repository merges, resolving conflicts, and deploying repositories to sandbox and test environments.
- Experience writing Visualforce, Apex classes and controllers, triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Proficiency with Data Loader, Workbench, Salesforce Platform IDE, and third-party Salesforce integrations.
- Experience designing, building, and implementing custom applications using Salesforce declarative customization capabilities.
- Must be able to obtain or hold an active Secret or higher security clearance; interim clearance is acceptable.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Preferred: Force.com/Salesforce Platform Advanced Developer certification, Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent experience, and experience developing or deploying applications on Heroku integrated with Salesforce.
