Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales qualification and develop architectural designs, strategies, and delivery plans.
- Translate customer business requirements into systems and applications for complex technology solutions.
- Build customer relationships and identify additional opportunities within existing accounts.
- Guide project quality assurance and potentially supervise technical staff on large projects.
- Serve as a Remote Delivery team subject-matter expert for complex sub-regions.
- Prepare technical knowledge bases, white papers, documentation, and technical sessions.
- Coach and mentor less senior team members in project delivery and technical areas.
- Lead enablement and readiness for priority and emerging technology solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10 to 14 years of hands-on experience with Dell Data Protection solutions in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Data Domain, NetWorker, Avamar, PowerProtect Data Manager, Cyber Recovery Solution, vProtect, and CyberSense.
- Proven experience leading complex solution architecture and delivery engagements.
- Advanced customer communication, presentation, stakeholder management, documentation, and process-writing skills.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, including risk, escalation, conflict, and crisis management.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
- Strong understanding of third-party integrations and enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to support change initiatives and adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across Egypt, Gulf countries, and Africa as required.
