Responsibilities
- Research state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms for network orchestration problems.
- Develop machine learning training infrastructure using Kubernetes clusters and manage MLOps tooling.
- Document novel algorithms developed by the team.
- Integrate AI technology with the Spacetime platform for end-to-end functionality.
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers about Spacetime’s machine learning technologies.
- Pitch and sell the company’s technology.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or another machine-learning-related field.
- Fluency in Python and at least one deep learning library or mathematical optimization library, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Gurobi, CBC, or Google OR-Tools.
- Strong technical communication skills and the ability to communicate across multiple functions.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Preferred experience in wireless communication, satellite communications, or software-defined networking.
- Preferred experience in technical sales or pitching new products.
- Preferred experience writing tests for software and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with one or more of C, C++, or Go is preferred.
