Base Salary
$151k - $226k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions incorporating best practices.
- Create architectural diagrams, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Provide expert guidance to development teams on architectural standards.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies and tools.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects and custom code.
- Architect integration solutions to connect Salesforce with external systems.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability concerns.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
- Mentor junior architects and conduct training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ Salesforce Certifications, including Application and System Architect certification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Architect role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Tools and hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Components.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end processes in Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
