Responsibilities
- Gather customer business use cases and document product-based requirements and secure solution designs.
- Educate customers and partners on product architecture, functional design specifications, and industry best practices.
- Scope, analyze, and document implementation projects and project boundaries.
- Develop and deliver technical training for SailPoint implementation partners.
- Support implementation teams with complex solution design and contribute through custom code and platform configuration.
- Lead customer projects, present architectural plans, and guide delivery teams through complex configurations.
Requirements
- Computer Science degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or consulting firm, including at least 5 years with SailPoint or identity and access management solutions.
- Proven software development and configuration experience with Java, XML, BeanShell, and JavaScript.
- Strong customer-facing consultative, communication, architecture, and technical design skills.
- J2EE or CISSP certification and SailPoint Certified Engineer or Solution Architect certification are preferred.
- Familiarity with identity governance platforms from Microsoft, Sun, Oracle, IBM, or Novell is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, role-based access controls, project management, or quality assurance testing is a plus.
