Responsibilities
- Lead AI solution architecture, client engagements, and AI transformation initiatives.
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions for manufacturing and industrial clients.
- Build agentic AI and multi-agent systems using CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Develop solutions using generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, Python, FastAPI, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge systems.
- Use Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, AWS Bedrock, and other cloud-based AI platforms.
- Apply AI governance, observability, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Deliver measurable outcomes including productivity improvement, cost reduction, quality enhancement, and operational efficiency gains.
- Grow AI-driven business pipeline and revenue, develop reusable industrial AI accelerators, increase AI adoption, and build client and executive stakeholder trust.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, data science, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or industrial digital transformation.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and deploying AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or generative AI solutions.
- Experience successfully deploying AI solutions into production.
- Demonstrated measurable client outcomes, business pipeline or revenue growth, reusable asset development, AI adoption, and client satisfaction.
- Ability to combine factory-floor and industrial operations knowledge with advanced AI solution architecture and responsible technology practices.
