Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable technology solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
- Gather requirements, validate technology assumptions, evaluate implementation alternatives, and refine technical designs.
- Coordinate solution engineering efforts across multiple technical projects, teams, business units, and Agile Release Trains.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps teams, quality assurance teams, business stakeholders, and Release Train Engineers to support delivery.
- Manage non-functional requirements, compliance with industry standards, solution documentation, performance, and reliability.
- Monitor delivery progress, resolve constraints and issues, and support technical problem-solving throughout development and deployment.
- Maintain and update technical documentation as solution architecture and functionality evolve.
- Share solution engineering best practices and support innovation in design and development practices.
Requirements
- 9 to 12 years of total experience and 9 to 12 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Experience with microservices, end-to-end solution design, generative AI, and GCP.
- Advanced stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and SDLC skills.
- Enterprise solution delivery experience and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across technical and business teams.
