Base Salary

$198k - $331k/yr

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Management and Design to generate engineering solutions for customer problems.
Own the end-to-end delivery of projects to drive business impact.
Engage in performance optimization and scaling efforts.
Lead high-leverage projects to maximize business impact.
Mentor and support the success of other engineers on the team.

7+ years of experience in building robust, scalable backends and user-facing applications.
Strong understanding of the full stack and flow of web applications.
Experience with application backends, microservices, and high-throughput ingestion systems.
Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Familiarity with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, Redux, and AWS.
Interest or experience in technical leadership.
