Base Salary
$198k - $331k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management and Design to turn customer problems and ideas into engineering solutions.
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects and lead the highest-leverage initiatives.
- Build and improve performant, reliable, and intuitive analytics experiences.
- Optimize performance and support platform scaling and infrastructure initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers.
- Synthesize customer input and architectural knowledge to drive engineering impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building robust, scalable backends and interactive user-facing applications or websites.
- Experience with application backends, microservices, and high-throughput ingestion systems.
- Understanding of the full stack and flow of user-facing web applications.
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, Redux, and AWS.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Demonstrated communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, delivery, and execution skills.
- Interest or experience in technical leadership of an engineering team.
