Responsibilities
- Design future-state systems architecture for global finished-goods supply chain transformation.
- Implement integrations between legacy in-house systems, SaaS platforms, orchestration layers, ERP, and TMS solutions.
- Develop API-based and event-driven solutions for real-time supply chain data exchange.
- Translate operational requirements from production planning, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, delivery, and IT stakeholders into technical capabilities.
- Establish data governance, system reliability, uptime, data accuracy, and cybersecurity compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and support continuous application performance improvement.
- Lead and mentor internal teams and external partners on modern architecture and integration practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in system application engineering, integration, or enterprise architecture.
- Experience with automotive or complex manufacturing supply chains.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with ERP, production planning, WMS, TMS, EDI, and customer forecast/order integration.
- Experience with hybrid cloud-based SaaS and on-premises environments.
- Experience transitioning or modernizing legacy systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global and cross-functional teams.
